Artifacts Arcanum are intended to give you, the GM, a flexible and exciting premade adventure that you can use for one/two shots, a fun side-quest in your home game, or an easy way to combat GM fatigue by giving your brain a break for a session or two.
The Story
Called to the tower of the Sun, the players are tasked with completing the ancient trials in order to gain the favor of the sun god, and become the new Acolytus.
Betrayer and Lunar Lament
These two coins can be played together, or separately. Each tells the story of the gods of the sun and moon. Once lovers, turned enemies. The god of the moon now lies dead, the moon having been hit by a meteor hundreds of years ago, and leaving it in ruins. If you choose to play these back-to-back, players will gain a deeper understanding of the gods, their love, and ultimate betrayal.
