At Dungeon.Shop, we believe in delivering the finest in tabletop accessories, art, apparel, and all other products. We will commit to you that if something is poor quality, damaged, or otherwise unacceptable, we will do our best to make it right.
Explanation
This is an explanation of our return policies, but these terms are subject to change and modification as the need arises and without prior notice. We will make every effort to keep this page updated and current. Finally, while these represent our policies, we recognize that every situation is unique and reserve the right to exercise discretion in the execution of these policies, should we determine it is necessary or sensible.

Returns and Refunds
From the moment you receive your product, and for 30 days after, we offer full refunds on anything purchased through Dungeon.shop. We will not require anymore information than is necessary to complete the return, and will cover any return shipping fees back to our warehouse up to $50 USD. Any cost greater than that will be paid by the customer.
We would ask that you reach out via email to: contact@dungeon.shop when requesting a refund or exchange, and that you include “Return” in the subject line. Please tell us why you wish to return the product so that we can do better next time, and include any relevant information so that we can complete your return or exchange. We will reach back out to you as soon as possible with next steps, and instruct the customer on how to proceed.
Exceptions
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods cannot be returned.
