Placing a wholesale order is as simple as filling out the below form with your requested QTYs of each item. If you’d like a wholesale catalogue, please see below. Your order email should use the following template:

Once you’ve sent your wholesale request, we will review the order, and will email you back with an invoice, and any additional details, such as if we’re unable to fulfill certain requests due to low inventory.

Wholesale Catalogue
Wholesale Pricing
Our standard wholesale rates on our products target roughly 50% of our listed website pricing. These wholesale rates are subject to change, and if we do so, we will update both this page, and our wholesale catalogue to reflect it.
Shipping
Shipping costs will be incurred by the retailer, and will be added to your invoice during that step. That being said, we ensure that we will give you the lowest possible shipping cost, and will do everything to minimize that expense to you.
Order Minimums
Wholesale orders have 2 minimum thresholds that they must meet to be eligible for wholesale pricing. They are:
- Total Order Minimum: To qualify for wholesale pricing, your order total(at wholesale pricing), needs to be at a minimum $500 before shipping.
- Minimum QTY of Items: Additionally, to qualify for wholesale pricing, your order total will need to include a minimum QTY of 50 items or more.
Availability
We are unable to sell our last 10 of any items via wholesale. This is to ensure that we always have availability of our products through our online store. As a result, if you place an order that would put us below 10 QTY for an item, we will let you know during the invoicing step that we were unable to fulfill that request, and will adjust the invoice to reflect the available wholesale QTY that we can fulfill.

Tax
All wholesale orders are tax-free, and will not be charged for tax during invoicing.
MAP and Non-Compete
Since our primary means of income is derived through conventions and online sales, we have a non-compete policy with all of our wholesale partners. There are two terms to this non-compete policy:
- Minimum Advertised Pricing: In order to reduce harmful competitive practices and under-cutting ours and other partner’s margins, we have set a Minimum Advertised Pricing(MAP) of twice our wholesale pricing.
- Convention Non-Compete: Our primary sales channel is in-person events and conventions. As a result, we require that all of our wholesale partners refrain from selling our merchandise at a convention that we would also be at.
